Back to school pics

Hi all!
I a so bummed. My blog is not working properly. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 1 month now to post Sam's football camp pictures. Now, I can post the kids back to school pics. Sorry. I have them on facebook. I will send them through e-mail to those who are not on facebook. Sorry.

Finally all going to be over!

I had surgery today. The Dr. found adhesions. I will finally be out of pain after my recovery. thanks for all of the prayers.

Today is surgery day. I go in at 9:30 with surgery being at 10:00 or 10:30am. Thanks for the prayers!

Finally an answer!!!

I FINALLY have an answer about what is going on with me. It turns out that my Endometriosis is back. I go in for surgery on Tuesday. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers!

now a waiting game...

Well, I had my last test on Saturday. I have not heard anything from that test yet. I will find out those results tomorrow. The Doctors all seem I have adhesions and that I will need surgery. I will keep everyone posted.

Update on me...

Well, I had a test last Thursday. They found that I have spasms in my colon. They are treating this but do not think that this is all that is going on. I go in for an Endoscopy (to see the top of the Small intestines) tomorrow and a GI x-ray on Saturday. through these test we would be able to see if it is adhesions and if I need surgery.

I really wish we would find something out soon. I am only comfortable through pain meds. It stinks. I am grateful that I was able to go to Sikeston this weekend to visit my Mother-in-law, Dad and Eva, and Nana. It helped and was nice to be family. If you have to be in pain, I guess it is better to be in pain while enjoying family. ;)

Interesting weekend

I had a very interesting weekend. I was at the hospital on Sunday. They had at first thought it was my appendix but ran several tests (cat scan, ultrasound, bloodwork, and etc.). It is not the appendix. I am still in pain and nausous.

I had an appointment with my Primary doctor on Monday. He seems to think that I have adhesions from my Hysterectomy. If this is the case it will require another surgery to correct. It will be a laproscopic surgery so not as bad. I think it will be about a 3-4 day recovery.

Yesterday, I went to my GI doctor. The Primary wanted him to rule out other things before he just did surgery. The GI Dr. is going to do a colonoscopy tomorrow. If he still does not see anything and I am still hurting, I will go in for laprocopic surgery.
